I used 1/4 cup dried minced onion instead of fresh onion, blanched almonds instead of pecans, fresh minced garlic instead of garlic powder, Old Bay and dried Italian seasoning instead of the basil, onion powder, coriander and sage. I also added a tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds. I baked them on a Silpat liner instead of greasing the baking sheet.
