Fudgy Brownies II

Very chocolatey and fudgey! You MUST take them out while a toothpick test still shows batter! If you wait until the toothpick is dry or almost dry, as for cake, they will be rock hard. I took a cup of coffee, boiled it until it was reduced to about 2-3tbsp and added it to the batter. This added an extra layer of flavor that I really liked. I think I'd also add a pinch of salt and don't forget the vanilla.

Basic Pasta

Beautiful! Like the other commenters, I added about 1/2 tbsp olive oil and I let the dough rest, covered for a 1/2 hour before putting through the machine. It kept jamming/stalling in the machine, so I rubbed some water on my hands, then onto the dough and kneaded it for a minute. Then it worked perfectly.

Banana Muffins II

I only had 2 bananas, so I added 1/4 cup of squash puree (we roast butternut squash, puree it and freeze it in individual lumps, then bag it once it's frozen) and a pinch of nutmeg. My wife/son's playgroup ate all but 3 muffins (made 24 mini-muffins). Wonderful recipe!

Awesome recipe! I don't like my bread maker, so I put the water and oil in a bowl, added everything but the flour, then added the flour a 1/2 cup at a time and stirred with a wooden spoon. I worked in the last half cup or so by kneading, then kneaded for about 10 minutes and put it into an oiled bowl for about an hour until it doubled. Then I followed the recipe, except upped the over to 550 and baked them directly on a pizza stone. I put the baked pitas between two pretty wet tea towels for 15 minutes or so. The pitas were absolutely wonderful - soft, round and tasty. I served them with fried donair meat, homemade donair sauce, chopped tomatoes and raw onion.
