Zucchini Corn Fritters

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2006
Very good recipie. All three of us liked them. Made these last night and have enough leftover for tonight. Very tasty, we prefer them without the ranch dressing, as it has a stronger flavor than the fritters. I will make these again. Thanks .

Molasses Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2004
My grandson wanted me to make molasses cookies. I found this recipie and chose it because I thought it looked easy and that my grandchildren could help with it. We made these cookies yesterday. They really enjoyed making the balls and rolling them in sugar. Made 48 and they are almost gone. They were quick, easy, and delicious. Every one liked them. Thanks for sharing this recipie.

Nany's Cheesy Cauliflower Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2002
This is a keeper. I used frozen cauliflower, made the cheese sauce in the microwave, poured it over and because of the carbs, omitted the saltines. I baked it for 60 minutes at 350 along with my other dish of chicken. It was perfect. My son loved it. Next time I will double the recipie.

RamJam Chicken

Reviewed: May 7, 2001
This is an excellent recipie, thanks Laura. I had 2 large unsplit chicken breasts, so I doubled the recipie. I had everything but the fresh ginger. I marinated the breasts overnight and baked them at 350 for 30 minutes in the marinade covered and 30 minutes uncovered. It was tender, juicy, and delicious. This recipie is definitely a keeper. Next time I will try it on the grill. Thanks again.

Mom's Pineapple-Carrot Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2001
I had to bake this for 60 minutes. I would advise cooling it much longer in the pan, as some of it stuck to the sides when I turned it out. Overall it is a 5 star cake. Delicious. Even the pickiest member of my family loved it. Thanks. I will be making this recipie again.

Black Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2001
The flavor was great, however, I had to double the salt for my taste. I would reccomend not adding the celery, onions and carrots until just before gettting ready to bake. I only waited until it had simmered 1 hour and they were mush.
