Baked Mozzarella Sticks

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2013
Yummy! We put our cheese sticks in the freezer until solid before dipping and baking, they didn't melt at all!

Italian Green Bean Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2012
I love this easy recipe! I buy a frozen meal for lunch from H.C. that is very similar so I love that I can make it myself!

Pineapple Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2011
I followed other reviewer's advice and used less sugar than called for and I also used Cinnamon Bread instead of white bread. The results were amazing! I was going for more of a dessert than a side and this was the perfect solution! Some guests added Cool Whip to theirs for an extra something but most enjoyed it just the way it was. 5 Stars for sure!

Gnocchi with Sage-Butter Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2011
Quick and tasty recipe! I did half of the batch as the recipe called for and did the other half with scallops mixed in for my husband. It was a huge success!

Poor Irish Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2011
I used to eat this when I was younger as I grew up with a garden. I did not have a ham hock, so I cubed a small ham steak, still delicious.

Whipped Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2011
Great starting place if you've NEVER made mashed potatoes. But please, add some seasonings! At the very least some S&P and Garlic Powder.

Chicken Primavera with Pasta

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2011
Loved this - Quick and Easy! I made it with some broccoli, different colored peppers and onions all fresh and on hand. Would be great with stir-fry veggies too I'm sure. I recommend using 2 tubs of the Cream Cheese though. Otherwise your pasta will be quite dry.

Navy Bean Soup I

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2011
I skipped the diced tomatoes and boiled the ham for over an hour by it's self for flavor.

Creamy Potato and Leek Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2011
Easy recipe that was super yummy! I did make a slight change in the cooking method by boiling the leeks with the potatoes but otherwise I followed the recipe. Could use more flavor, but a great starting point!

Beer Brats

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2011
We love beer brats and they have become a staple for our cookouts! I recommend boiling the brats in the beer longer for stronger flavoring, and then just 'browning & crisping' them on the grill. 5 stars any day of the week!

Cheeseburger Soup I

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2011
I honestly did not care for this. I think it tasted better before I added the sour cream. It wasn't full of flavor like I had hoped and I am clueless at how to improve on it.

Chicken, Rice and Vegetable Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2011
This recipe is very basic so it can only get better from here. Try making your own stock, and shake in some seasonings! Great to freeze and re-heat!

Simple Apple Dumplings

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2011
The 'sauce' was completely liquid, no thinkness at all. I think this could be tweaked to make it better, but a great start! Also, I couldn't find Apple Pie Spice anywhere, 3 states, over 2 dozen stores.

French Toast Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2011
This didn't come out as I had hoped. The top was too crunchy, the inside was too mushy, and it lacked a bit of flavor that you'd expect in french toast. I'll try it again with some changes and see how it goes.

Very easy recipe! Easy to change things up and still get good results. I added a bit more Sesame Oil than called for and bought actual lo mein noodles.

Bacon Chicken II

My family loved this! I used 1 pack of pre-cooked bacon to cut out some of the grease and Original KC BBQ Sauce and it was 5 stars! This was so simple and everyone loved it - even my picky kiddos!
