Mom's Zucchini Bread
This zucchini bread was delicious and moist. Next time I will decrease the sugar based on my personal preferences, but a great recipe overall!

Hot Spinach Red Pepper Dip
This dip was awesome!!! I made it for a dinner party and everyone loved it, even my 3 year old. I doubled the crushed red pepper flakes, just because we like spicy food. We served it on warm, sliced french bread which was perfect for spooning out a generous amount. This was far better than any spinach dip I have ever had and easy to make too!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
Theses work if you are in a pinch and need a pb cookie, but fall apart easily and are kind of plain.
