Definitely NOT a cinnabon, but a good cinnamon roll. I followed the recipe exactly and here are the problems I ran into: The brown sugar did not fully cook and was still grainy when eating the cinnamon roll, there was not a lot of "goo", and it was super duper sugary sweet. Here are the changes I will most likely make next time: I will cook it at a slower temperature, longer to try and cook all the brown sugar; I will blend a little white sugar and brown sugar instead of just plain brown sugar; and I will add a little more butter to the top of the cinnamon rolls.
