Peanut Butter Fingers

I give it 5 stars because it is quite tasty and such an easy treat to make. I actually double the recipe to fill my cookie sheet... It's a little thicker than what the pictures show, but still delightfully wonderful!

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Made this for a baby shower; it was loved by all. I added artichokes and I used the cheese I had on hand (mozzarella, provolone, cottage cheese) and it still tasted fabulous.

Rolled Buttercream Fondant

Super shiny, not a great taste (but slightly better than store bought taste), cracks easily, and really greasy. Did I mention how shiny it is? Too bad I'm stuck with it now. Find another fondant recipe!

Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Asian Beef with Snow Peas

I doubled the sauce, added red peppers and carrots. I couldn't find any rice wine, so I used a dry white wine instead. It was a very good stir fry recipe. Nothing spectacular and not something I would order from a Chinese restaurant, but good for something homemade.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

FINALLY! The chewy, chocolaty brownie that I have been searching for! This brownie was delicious followed exactly from the recipe. I made it for a dinner party and everyone loved it. So chewy and moist. I've tried about 5 different brownie recipes on here and I am finally satisfied! Thank you Brooke!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

I used the original recipe. The only modification I made was to use buttermilk because I had some on hand. The muffins turned out wonderfully! My husband ate 4 in one day. Next time I make them, I may leave the cinnamon out of the topping as it is quite strong in relation to the mild muffin flavor. I made 12 regular muffins.

So good and so easy. I've made it exactly like the recipe, and I've also added Italian spices to the bread. I braid the bread or make it long and skinny. It is delicious!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

I made this for a friend who can not eat gluton. She was shocked that they did not contain flour because they looked and tasted so great. I followed these suggestions for wonderful cookies: 1/2 c brown sugar 1/4 c sugar 1 c peanut butter 1 egg tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp baking soda

Todd's Famous Blueberry Pancakes

These were delicious. I used fresh blueberries, but other than that, I followed the recipe. I only gave it 4 stars because they are not a pancake you can eat alone; syrup or extra butter/sugar are needed as they are not very sweet.
