This was delicious! I think I might have simmered it on too high of heat, because most of the sauce boiled away, so I added another 2 tablespoons of butter and another 1/4 cup of wine, and it worked out well. I steamed broccoli and used the extra sauce to dip the broccoli in. It was very tasty - thanks for the recipe!

Hidden Secret Burgers

I changed the recipe a little to suit my taste - I didn't add the bread crumbs or egg and I threw in a couple tablespoons of worchestershire sauce and a dash of beer. Instead of using jalapenos, I used diced green chilis. They were awesome and I really appreciated the creativity of adding spice and cheese to the center of the burger. I made them for a big cookout and they were a huge hit! Thanks for the recipe!

Melt in your Mouth Cookies I

These cookies are great! They remind me of pecan sandies without the pecans. I also cooked them for about 20 minutes, and my cookies crumbled when I tried to ice them, so I drizzled the icing over them with a spatula which worked well. Thanks for the recipe!
