Bourbon Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2004
Very good. My son and I love to eat this at the mall and was wanting to find an adequate recipe for home. This definitely fit the bill. Even my very picky husband loved this chicken. I did add a little more brown sugar, because we like it sweet, and cut the bourbon down to 1/4 c. Will definitely make this again. Thanx!

Pumpkin Bread IV

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2004
I'm very impressed with this recipe. I made it for my finicky family and they loved it. I did add some walnuts. Because it was such a large amount (I'm not complaining, believe me) I took some to work and received many raves. Will definitely be making this again in the future.

Best Spinach Dip Ever

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2006
Absolutely awesome. I could not find the dry leek soup, so I had to substitute for a different soup... but it was absolutely wonderful. I took this dip to my family's Super Bowl party and it was gone. I also used a loaf of rye bread instead of sourdough. I love rye bread, so this substitution was a no-brainer. Great dip that I will make again!!

Seven Layer Taco Dip

Absolutely awesome dip. I took this to my family's Super Bowl fiesta and everyone loved it. Will definitely make this dip again. I did leave out the onions as a personal preference, but it turned out great. Thank you!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2006
Wow! In the time I've had this recipe (about two months), I've made these "clones" five times already. I don't like cinnamon rolls, but was looking for a recipe for my husband (who is a cinnamon roll connoisseur) and he made me make two batches in three days. Even I had to eat a couple, they were so good. Thank you for this awesome recipe!

Bob's Awesome Lasagna

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2006
This is the best lasanga recipe ever. I have thrown out the rest of recipes for lasanga that were in my recipe file. My family is very finicky about their lasanga and they had me fix this two nights in a row and have asked repeatedly for me to make this. The only thing that I change is ground beef for ground turkey (I don't eat beef), but that didn't stop my beefeaters from loving it. Thanx Bob!!

Baked Corn

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2006
I was looking for a recipe that was different than the old boring blah of just plain cornbread. This hit the spot!! My family has asked me on many occasions to make this and now this is one of their favorite side dishes. I am taking this dish to my in-laws for Thanxgiving and hope everyone loves it as much as we do. Thank you SO much for a superb recipe.

White Chili I

Very good recipe. It came together very quickly and I was very happy with the results. I will probably add a thickener next time I make it, as it was kind of soupy. Definitely a keeper!!

Cranberry Puffs

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2009
Wow. From the ingredients, I knew that I was going to like this, but I didn't expect for my entire party to like them. I come from a family of picky eaters who don't like to stray from the family usuals, but when I brought these everyone was so intrigued that everyone tried them... AND LIKED THEM. I've been asked to bring these again and again. Thank you so much for sharing this awesome recipe. I might try adding different stuff to the filling, but I went by the letter on the recipe the first time and it was awesome. *****

Quick and Easy Vegetable Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2010
Excellent. My hubby is a soup lover and he's pretty picky about his soups. When I prepared this one, I was expecting him to say that it needed more this, less that. He said that this was the BEST vegetable soup he's ever eaten. The only adjustment I made was to add a 1/4 head of cabbage. Congrats and Thank You!!!

Curried Coconut Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2010
I love curry and had always been reluctant to try to make one of my own because of the intimidation factor, but I had all the ingredients for this recipe and decided to try it. I'm so glad I did!!! This recipe was easy and was EXACTLY the flavor I was looking for. I will definitely be making this again when I want chicken curry. Awesome. Thank you for posting.
