Italian Cookies II

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2011
These are sooooo good.Easy to make, I used almond extract in place of the vanilla for cookies, and in the frosting I did use the vanilla but then after tasting added 1/4 tsp almond extract. Delish!!I will be making these every christmas! I frosted them and put sprinkles on half of the cookies, some of us dont like the sprinkles.

Strawberry Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2011
I made these this morning for my daycare kids:) but they are picky so I wont base my review on them, I tried one warm from the oven, delish! I did make the changes that alot of reviews did, I first doubled the recipe, added the cin, van. I used veg oil because that is what I had,cut the flour down a 1/4 CUP for each recipe., used frozen strawberries and thawed in micro, then mashed them, also made the struesel top. I think they could have baked longer but could be my oven, baked them for 22 minutes. I would definetely make these again. Tomorrow thinking I will make blueberry muffins :)

Chicken and Dumplings IV

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2009
This was great and easy to "throw" together, however, I read some reviews and also added things. I used 4 cups chicken broth and 2 cups water. I added chopped onion, celery and carrots to the broth along with 3 boneless chicken breasts. I thickened it and then added the shredded chicken, then the dumplings, I thought it had great flavor and my husband liked it too. Will definetly make it again!

This recipe was so easy and I followed it exactly. They were the best!My husband couldn't stop eating them. They would be just as good without the white chocolate chips.Excellent, this is a keeper!
