Ginny's Cheezy Macaroni
Definately make with uncooked pasta which is not clear on original recipe ... although taste okay [added garlic and onion powder as other reviewers posted] ... but it was not creamy! I believe you have to just make the sauce separately to get that creaminess I prefer!

Skillet Pork Chops Florentine
Big disappointment - just made it tonight & writing a review now because it truely was not memorable. Not exciting - my husband ate it & so did I but I get why he honestly could not comment on the dish - all he could say is 'ehh' & I have to agree ... I followed the recipe - did season the chops before cooking with S&P but very blah ... and it really did not look appetizing [I even threw the finished dish under the broiler to make the cheese golden instead of drippy] ... whatever, will not make this again ...

Egg Salad Sandwiches
I made this as posted except the additon of 1/3 cup of plain bread crumbs and the reason of the addition of bread crumbs is because when I make tuna salad I use dried minced onion [instead of fresh] and bread crumbs and it is amazing!! This also came out amazing - I guess people find it strange to use dried onion but it works wonderfully in absorbing excess moisture in salad like these. The dried mustard is also great because it does eliminate the vinegary taste which reminds me of deviled eggs instead of classic egg salad. The only thing I would do different next time is add fresh dill instead of dried.
