Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2010
These cookies were awesome. These were better than any store bought ginger cookies. They were a little sticky but I put some sugar on my finger after rolling them around and just pressed them down as normal. A definite keeper. Great recipe.

French Baguettes

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2009
These were absolutely wonderful. This is my first yeast bread recipe and it turned out great. Like others I didn't use a bread machine and it was so easy to do. This is a keeper.

Banana Cream Supreme

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2009
I am eating this at this very moment. This is a wonderful delightfully quick dessert. The vanilla totally compliments the banana. All the flavors just melted together. It's so creamy and fluffy. I did two layers of bananas to make sure I could really get the texture of the bananas.I also cheated and used a prepared crust. This is definitely a keeper. Love it!!!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2009
This was super easy and the results were simply wonderful. The dressing through me for a loop but when i took my first bite I was blown away. Next time I will use a better brand of BBQ but the results were still good. I know it's good when my husband raves about it. This recipe is a keeper!

Homemade Crispy Seasoned French Fries

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2009
There were the best homemade fries I have ever made. They were crispy and crunchy. The family just gobbled them up. I used one cup of water to make the batter moist enough to coat the fries. I also added a little salt when they came out. These are definitly a family keeper.
