Chicken Jambalaya I
Great! I made this last night and followed the directions almost exactly- except that I used canned tomatoes that come with onions, celery, and green pepper... I used the whole can of chicken broth [which is only slightly more than the 1 1/2 cups the recipe calls for]... I used red pepper flakes instead of hot sauce like another reviewer suggested... and to save time, I used Tyson's premium canned chicken and used 2 cans of that- which I think is slightly more than the 2 cups of chicken the recipe calls for. When I turned the heat down after I brought it to a boil, I brought it down to medium. At first, I stirred it fairly frequently, but in the last 10 minutes, I didn't stir it much at all. A little of it stuck to the bottom, so next time I'll either make sure to stir it more often or possibly turn the heat down more.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
I've never in my life made a pot roast, but made this for my BF last night and he loved it. I used 1 can of cream of mushroom and 1 can of cream of celery. I also seasoned the beef with some of the seasonings from my cupboard- Mrs. Dash, Nature's Seasoning, onion powder, etc. I cooked it in the crock pot for 6 hours. About 2 hours before it was done I added red skinned potatoes and carrots. It was great!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
I really liked it. I read everyone's reviews and used one can of cream of mushroom, one can of cream of chicken, and chicken broth. I also added vegetables. I seasoned with onion flakes and powder, Nature's seasoning, and salt and pepper. I used two 7 oz cans of biscuits. I think my crockpot must run hot because it was done in about 4 to 4.5 hours.
