About this Cook
I'm a university student so it's hard to cook epic things.
My favorite things to cook
Cakes, cookies. I love decorating cakes for birthdays/other occasions.
My cooking tragedies
I tried to make my own cookie recipe when I was younger. It was like eating rocks.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake
I don't like cheesecake at all, but someone requested I make it. I made half a recipe for a 6" pan, and actually ended up forgetting the vanilla and flour. The requester still loved it anyways. I broiled it for a bit after it was done baking to get a brown top. It did sink a bit but fruit fixes that.

Chicken Pot Pie IX
All I really followed was the flour/liquid ratio. I used all mixed frozen veggies, shredded chicken from a grocery rotisserie chicken, added thyme leaves, sauted garlic with onions. Not a fan of celery so none of that. Didn't use the full 1/3 of butter -- only 2-3 tbsp. Mixed all the filling together in the big saute pan and then dumped it into 4" pie pans with double crust. Super thick and delicious.

Basic Crepes
Excellent recipe - can really be made in minutes. I added a bit of vanilla (1/2tsp) to mine as well. Top with fresh fruit, nutella, yoghurt, etc.
