Living in Syracuse allowed me to try many different types of cuisine. Now that I'm in Delaware, I get all the fresh seafood I can eat. I've always loved to be in the kitchen and hope one day I can do that as a profession, whether it be in a restaurant or bakery. I would love to open my own sandwich shop because of my affinity for sandwiches.

Sandwiches, Soups, Pasta, Bread, Cookies, Pastries, and anything I can put in a slow cooker.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My family doesn't really have any traditions but I'm married into a family of great home cooks. The women, including my wife, of the family have made the most amazing and comforting foods I've ever eaten.
My cooking triumphs
Baking two loaves of Cheddar Jalapeno bread on my first try. They came out so perfectly brown and the crumb was just the way I wanted it to look.
My cooking tragedies
Spending nearly two hours preparing all the ingredients to go into eggrolls, only to have each one of them burn because the oil had gotten to hot. I have since bought a thermometer...
