About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
mexican food!! and any kind of dessert.
My favorite family cooking traditions
baking cookies with star...making cookies for my grandpa with my mom
My cooking triumphs
making brazilian food for the first time was triumphant because my husband loved it so much and it was a lot of fun to make. its nice when you make is a huge hit. also this cake i made for my brother for his birthday a couple years ago...i added coffee and alcohol..thats how you make a good cake. it was a great success.
My cooking tragedies
oh god, i've had plenty of these. trial and error right? some hilarious, some pretty stressy (birthday cake disasters?...i'll never bother making german frosting again lol). i actually have some anxiety with cooking in the kitchen so i'm trying to get over some of the negative stimulants i've encountered. looking forward to some positive triggers.
