Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

Really, really good and just so simple. Browning the butter is a MUST. I have also used this on green beans, broccoli and squash! Thanks for this wonderful recipe!

You need not look any further for the perfect cole-slaw recipe. This has the perfect tangy/sweet balance. I have made this sooo many times and have found it to best the BEST with ANGEL HAIR slaw (extremely thin sliced). Thanks!

Coconut Shrimp I

So worth the mess! Did not change a thing. Fantastic, especially with the reccommended dipping sauce. I used 1/4 cup each: Horseradish, orange marmalade and dijon mustard. Great recipe, thanks!!

Chicken In Basil Cream

My favorite by far!! I changed nothing. Came out like a fine dining Italian Dish. I served over extra wide eggnoodles (doubled sauce for noodles) with salad and toasted garlic bread. My kids and hubby loved it! Thanks!

Hot Artichoke Dip

I ALWAYS rate AS WRITTEN. However, this is easily a magnificent, 5-star recipe by simply replacing the pimentos with 1 large, or 2 small, jalepeno peppers (as others suggested). With the pimentos only it is very bland. Thanks for the wonderful recipe! Sooooo good for football season!

Sirloin Steak with Garlic Butter

Sooo good! Made exactly as written, but let it refrigerate while steaks were on the grill to form a paste. When the ribeyes were done, I scooped the "paste" on top of each steak to let it melt on top. Looked so pretty!

Soft Chocolate Cookies

Sooo good! Cakey, yes. But also CHEWY. I baked exactly 9 minutes and flattened the balls a bit before putting in the oven. Taste like a brownie by itself, and very versitile. You could add pretty much anything to this cookie. Thanks so much for sharing!

Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps

As written, these are pretty flavorless (but spicy:) ). Flavored cream cheese is a MUST (store bought, or flavor your own). Also, depending on the size of the jalepeno, you may want to use 1/2 slice bacon. This is a wonderful concept, though.

Stuffed Peppers My Way

I have made these for years the "traditional" way--ground beef, tomato sauce, rice and cheese... and I am so bored of it that way! This was EXCELLENT. Arborio rice is a must. It is so fluffy and pasta-like. I made this exact and rate it as so. I will make again, and again. Thanks for sharing!

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

This was AMAZING. Fresh rosemary is a must, and I have made it with bottled and homemade ranch--both ways were terrific and oh-so tender. I have a very picky 3 yr old, so I just had to remove any visible rosemary from his kabob :) Thanks for sharing!

Creamy Avocado-Ranch Dip

This is a pretty great dip! With just 2 avocados called for, you are only able to taste the ranch. The second time I added 1 more avocado and it was definitely a yummy combination! Thanks for sharing.

Delicious Black Bean Burritos

This is a really gtrat meat-less recipe. I have made it MANY times as written, and with alterations. I have found a super easy way to cheat when I am in a time crunch-- I heat up ready made fresh pico de gallo (found in produce isle) and add the black beans and cream cheese and voila!! The only difference is there is tomatoes added that way which tastes great to me!

Baked Lemon Chicken

This tastes just like chicken piccata. I use itallian herb bread crumbs and follow the recipe exact. To make it crispier, I put it under broil for a few minutes. Delicious!!
