Best Ever Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2014
Just perfect. Usually recipes are too sweet. This was just the right amount of sugar.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2012
This was a great recipe and very easy for the non-baker. I actually followed some advice from other reviews. I followed the batter recipe as stated, but I did add a about half a cup of smashed walnuts and only stirred until it was mixed, which only took about 10 or so stirs. I did not use the topping in the recipe, but did just sprinkle some brown sugar on top. Delicious!!!!! Very easy, too!!! A must try and sticking to this recipe from now on.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2011
This was delicious! I made it as welcome home dessert for my husband who was on deployment. He and I both enjoyed it! The only thing that I did do differently was mix in 2/3 of the sauce with the apples. NOTE: Make sure you have your apples prepped before making the sauce. My sauce got a little thick, but it didn't hurt the outcome one bit. It just made it hard to spread the other 1/3 of the sauce over the lattice. :)

Wild River Bloody Mary Mix

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2011
This was delicious. I took the mix to a brunch and got great reviews. I did add a little horseradish to taste (about 1 1/2 teaspoons) because I love its tangyness. Also, I used Calamato Tomato Juice, which may help in your selection of juices.

Greek Orzo Salad

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2010
Great recipe. I also had to add a little more lemon and a little of red wine vinegar. I also added banana peppers, which gave it this zing. :)
