Spicy Baked Cod Fillets

Perfection! I didn't have tandoori masala paste, so I combined 2 Tbsp garam masala, 2 Tbsp cumin, 4 tsp paprika, 1 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp chili powder. Then I took about 1.5 Tbsp of my mixture and added about 1Tbsp water to form paste. Also, like other reviewers, I cut back on the cayenne. I love my food super spicy, but my toddlers can't handle the same amount of heat, so I only added about 1 tsp of cayenne. Very yummy! I think I might even use this marinade for baking paneer or tofu.

Lebanese Lemon Lentil Soup

This soup was bland (and I even added extra cumin) and I couldn't taste the lemon flavor at all. Also, there's very little color in this. Perhaps more carrots and an addition of spinach would add some color and make the soup more visually appealing. My very adventurous twin toddlers (who love foods of all kinds and flavors--chili, hummus, curries, other lentil soups, etc.) would barely touch this soup and said, "Yuck" when they looked at it (the first time they've ever said this). They instead chewed the lemon wedges. I was really hoping to love this recipe, but I will keep searching for a lebanese lentil soup we love.

Delicious Gluten-Free Pancakes

These are perfect. They taste almost as delicious as my "regular" homemade pancakes. The only change I make is that I use real sugar instead of sweetener. I also find that you want to cook these a little longer than you would "regular" pancakes.

Thai Spicy Basil Chicken Fried Rice

Yummy! I'm a vegetarian who doesn't eat fish products--so I substituted fish sauce for soy sauce, and substituted oyster sauce for a mushroom stir-fry sauce I bought at an asian market. Instead of chicken, I added some delicious fried tofu. Great recipe!

Breaded, Fried, Softly Spiced Tofu

Wow, this is the best tofu I've ever made! Thanks for the great recipe. I used the tofu to add to a vegetarian thai basil fried dish I made--great combo!
