Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
This was such an easy delicious recipe! I don't normally like chocolate chip cookies but these were really good. I followed the recipe almost exactly except I followed some reviewers suggestions and did not sift ingredients and I refrigerated dough for about 40 minutes. I cooked them exactly 15 minutes and they made 18 big, chewy cookies just like the recipe states.

Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese
This was a really good mac n cheese. I increased the pasta to 2 cups and used 2% cheeses and 1% milk. Very good! My family likes lots of pepper on food but if I were to make this for company or a party, I would definitely reduce the pepper.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
This bread was delicious! I followed the recipe exactly but next time I will use applesauce in place of the oil for a healtier version.
