Tofu Lasagna

I decided to follow LJ's advice, and added crushed garlic, half a pack of frozen spinach, one sauteed zucchini and a cup of sauteed mushrooms to the sauce mixture. I also used more spaghetti sauce and about 500gm of tofu. It turned out a little mushy but was still really tasty and pleased everyone. Try it out. You can mix and match with veggies that take your fancy.

Strawberry Bread

i just made this and it was easy and really tasty!! i left the recipe as it was, although i didn't have any pecan nuts, so i used chopped walnuts and slivered almonds instead. it turned out great!! the edges/top of my loaf went slightly crispy and chewy, while the center stayed moist, which made it all the more delicious. will definitely make again!
