Three-Meat Spaghetti Sauce

Had this sauce for dinner tonight. Very tasty...but I thought a little on the salty side. Next time I'll use garlice powder or minced garlic instead of the garlic salt. I also noticed when I put the sauce over my noodles, water seemed to separate from the sauce. Could cutting back a little on the water added help any? All in all very tasty recipe...I will make it again.

Chicken In Basil Cream

Made this yesterday just as recipe stated. Chicken was good, but sauce was way to runny & not much flavor...needless to say, won't make it again.

The Best Meatloaf I've Ever Made

This recipe was just o.k. I've had a meatloaf recipe from the back of a box of Quaker Oatmeal for 40 yrs. & I guess I'll just stick with that. Do enjoy trying all the different recipes though.

I always make the recipes from this website exactly as stated the first time & I found this to be way too runny & without much flavor. Will not be making it again.

Pork Chops and Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

My Husband & I enjoyed this dish very much, but next time I'll try ham instead of the pork chops. I used boneless pork chops & they seemed to get lost in the dish. I think the ham would stand out more

Chicken and Mushroom Chowder

Made this the first time exactly as directed & really liked it, but thought suggestions from some others sounded good, so I cut back on the oregano to 1/2 t. and added cream of chicken soup. It was to die for. I'm making it tomorrow & will double the recipe.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Thank you Marian for a great recipe...these were delicious. I've made them several times & I believe cooking them at 425 degrees for 1 hour was too much. I cooked them at half the time, turning every 10 min. & basting & they were scrumptous. Please try these, you'll be glad you did.
