I gave this recipe 4 stars because the dough smelled wonderful as I was kneading it and the bread looked gorgeous when it came out of the oven... But, the taste was very bland and reminded me of eating partially cooked dough, even though it was cooked all the way through. I was rather disappointed. I won't be using this recipe again, but thanks anyway.

Light Wheat Rolls
To be honest, I was very surprised this recipe worked out because I haven't found a lot of great roll recipes online. But, WOW! These rolls were incredible! I made only a third of the recipe (next time I think I'll halve it), but used a whole package of yeast. I also added a bit more salt to strengthen the dough and make for a slow, steady rise. I made the rolls into large knots and they rose beautifully on the last rise. The dough takes a while, but the results are well worth the wait! Thanks for the great recipe.

Urban Legend Chocolate Chip Cookies
Thanks so much for the recipe! Since finding this recipe last year, I have made these cookies dozens of times! They stay soft and delicious for days and are now my standard cookie recipe. I generally keep to the recipe, but I always grind the oats finely in a food processor - it's MUCH faster than a blender and does not get so over-worked. Also, and this goes for any cookie recipe, try placing the eggs in hot water for a few minutes while you cream the butter, etc. Warmer eggs make lighter cookies! Just stick to the original recipe, and you'll be rewarded with INCREDIBLE choc. chip cookies!
