Pumpkin Pancakes

A lot thicker than I imagined. More like like cakes than pancakes . . . but good. I added more mik to make more pourable.

Cinnamon Sugar Biscotti

I made these for a number of different occasions and people LOVED them. I used to think that biscotti were hard to make, but not true!! Nice and easy, and people are very impressed with the result!

Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

Loved this recipe! I sauteed and added red and green peppers and broccoli after the fettuccini was cooked, and it made it all the better!! I also used fat free half and half, and I couldn't tell the difference.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

Mmmmm. Very good, though very garlicy!! Made it for New Year's Eve, and it was a hit. It is very creamy and cheesy, if that's how you like it.

Ty's Barbequed Chicken

Very sweet, light sauce. My husband made it for me for dinner, and I loved it. He left out the onions, but I didn't miss them a bit. He said that he'll never buy BBQ sauce in the store again!

The Best Banana Pudding

Very good . . . and easy! I forgot to layer the cool whip topping in between, but it was good even without it. I just put it on top. It does take away from the pudding flavor a bit, so I'm not sure I'd add it even when making it again. I used no fat sweetened condensed milk and it worked just fine too.

Overnight Blueberry French Toast

Mmmm. I made this for Christmas morning with for my husband and in-laws, and my husband loved it. He's pretty picky, so I was happily surprised that it was a hit. I've made it several times since. The most recent time I made it, I used pre-sliced bread instead of cutting into a big loaf of fresh Italian bread on my own. The thick bread is much, much better. :)
