Chocolate Lovers' Favorite Cake

Have made this cake many times...but I got everything together today and realized I didn't have an instant chocolate pudding mix. Used vanilla instead and told no one. No one knew the difference or mentioned anything about it tasting differently. SO! If ever you find yourself without a box of instant chocolate pudding to go into this cake...use vanilla!

Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

Made this last night...didn't have time to do in the crock pot...but took a shortcut in the oven. It was delicious - my boys ate 3 each. I will add this to a regular rotation. Excellent - will try in the crock pot next time. Thanks for a great recipe! Served with hash browns and salad.

Cheesy Ranch Potato Bake

Probably not the most healthy side dish I could make, but my kids will eat it so I will cut waaay back on the butter and use a good homemade dressing. It was delicious. I topped with Panko breadcrumbs just to get it a little crunch (because my son like it.). Excellent recipe. I will probably add in some of the Oscar Meyer bacon pieces next time and shred in a little onion (because my son likes the taste, but not the texture.)
