Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken

This was a very good recipe. I will say that i usually always make the recipe exactly like it states to give it a try. My advice is to cut back on the capers! they do overwhelm the flavor of everything else.

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze

This meal was pretty good. The combination of flavors between the Filet and the Balsamic was good. In my own opinion it was lacking something, or the glaze would have been better over a thinner cut of meat.

Blue Cheese, Bacon and Chive Stuffed Pork Chops

This recipe was very good. I usually tend to make it just like the recipe calls and then make my judgment. I made it and after agreed with some of he other reviews. Pan sear the chop first then mix the blue cheese with feta. The blue cheese is kind'a over whelming for the pork chop. I also agreed with some of the other reviews that it was missing something. The only thing that came to mind was maybe some sun dried tomato mixed in with the cheese mixture. Other than that. this was truly a delicious meal and would recommend it no matter how you decided to prepare it.

Laurie's Stuffed Peppers

This recipe was very good. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of personal preference of how it was made. I have always had my stuffed peppers with the meat and rice mixture mixed together. I will make a suggestion that I did. I mixed the rice with the meat and then i added some of the cheese into the mixture before stuffing the peppers. I also used some yellow and orange bell peppers instead of the green. The made for a much nicer and sweeter taste. The other thing i did was minced fresh jalapeno's into the meat as it was cooking and removed the diced tomatoes with chili's. Fresh is always best! Angel Hair with Feta and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

This was a very good recipe. The only thing i would change is to add a tiny bit more olive oil. It was slightly dry when served warm. However the next day it was even better as leftovers.

Cranberry Sweet Potato Bake

This recipe was ok. I didn't really care for it so much. I made it because my girlfriend loves sweet potatoes but I really can't stand them. I asked her and she just said they were ok. But wouldn't want them again. She said she didn't like the flavor between the tart cranberry, the acid in the OJ and the sweetness of the potato.

Very Best Blueberry Cobbler!

This recipe gets 5+ stars. The first time i botched up the recipe and had to start over. The second time i nailed it and it turned out great. And by all means take the advice of others like i did and serve it with a good vanilla ice cream!

Corn Off the Cob Salad

This salad takes a little bit of effort but is well worth it. This by far is one of the best ways to serve corn. Between the lime juice and the cracked pepper it really has a bite to it. I loved it!

Lori's Famous Crab Cakes

I followed the direction to the tee. The crab cakes were very good, but a little bland. Next time i think i am going to double the mustard and the old bay just to give it a little extra kick. Other than that it was a very quick and easy recipe.

Balsamic Roasted Red Potatoes

This recipe was so good. My girlfriend had a roasted potato recipe she swore by she got from her mother. This one just replaced it! It is one of the best roasted tator recipes i have ever had!

Greek-Style Rib Eye Steaks

This recipe was amazing. I was kind of scared about pan frying a 20 dollar rib eye. But let me tell ya, after eating it you will never want a steak any other way. The flavor combination is amazing. This is a new all time favorite for me!

Romaine with Garlic Lemon Anchovy Dressing

This recipe was delicious! I followed it exactly being the first time i have ever tried to make dressing myself. It was great, i used it as a side salad. But next time i think i'll make extra and marinade some chicken in it and make a salad as the main dish! Great recipe!

Dirty Rice

This recipe was so good. My girlfriend and I made this as our first cooking experience as a couple. WE LOVED IT! The flavors are amazing! I followed the recipe exactly and it makes ALOT! BUT!! i think it was even better the next day after it sat in the fridge as left overs!

Mango Masala Scallop Skewers

This recipe was so good! The flavors in it were just amazing! I couldn't find curry mango skewers anywhere. But did find ginger mango. They were awesome! Like others said, the flavors just permiate the food. I'll never use regular skewers again! I also never had Mango before and or tried to cook with it. It was great. I would suggest using extra onions though. I used what was called for and there just wasn't enough and had to use some greens to fill. It was a great recipe and something you just have to try!!!
