Peppered Shrimp Alfredo
Outstanding! And you can even use light alfredo sauce without sacrificing flavor. Even the picky 9-yr-old loved it. Thanks for sharing!!

Roasted Rack of Lamb
do NOT hesitate to make this one!! It is outstanding as is and is always a primary request by my mom (a gourmet if there ever was one) and my family for every single holiday and birthday. It's so easy and perfect! bon appetit
