Salmon Patties III

The Italian seasoning was way too overpowering and the mashed potatoes gave it a weird texture. The only thing was they sure looked good. My husband found them okay but I would never make them again.

Easy Grilled Chicken Teriyaki

Very Easy recipe. It really made the chicken moist and tasty. I used an Anthony Warhill grill and it only took 7 minutes to make it perfect. My hubsand loved it and will definitely make it again.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Fabulous cheesecake recipe. I added a little more butter to the graham cracker crumbs, but it is the first recipe I have made that didn't crack. It was a big hit with my husband and friends.

Garlic Chicken

This recipe turned out perfect. It had plenty of flavour and so easy to put together. I like the fact that it was not all dried out, but nice and juicy. Definitely will make again.

This is now my favourite muffin recipe. The streusel topping added just the right twist to make it special. My husband loved them and pouted when I wanted to make another batch to take to work - he wanted them all to himself. They didn't last long and were a big hit. It is such a easy recipe to make but with excellent results. I also used 1/3 cup instead of the butter as others had suggested previously.
