Baja Sauce

I love this sauce! I did substitute the mayo for sour cream. It came out very light and flavorful. We had it on tacos last night and tonight I'll be serving it w/ fried Tilapia.

I love this marinade. I like salmon but I can't eat to much at one time because of the fishy flavor. This marinade makes some of the "fishiness" subside. My husband thought it was a little too sweet so I will add less brown sugar next time. :)

Louisiana Crawfish Etouffee

I loved this! Next time I will leave out the onions in the beginning though. My husband and I don't really care for them and found that they weren't really needed.
