Oatmeal Raisin Cookies I
I've made these twice. Turned out perfect the first time, the second time, they didn't have as much flavor, so I sprinkled them with cinnamon. (obviously I did something wrong)
I'm getting ready to make them again. KEEP IN MIND.... this recipe calls for LIGHT brown sugar. Dark contains more molasses. I only ever have dark on hand, so I cut t with white sugar. I also used 1.5 cups of flour and added 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp cloves as others recommended.
I always use my silicone pan liners or parchment paper when baking. Never an issue with stuck cookies!
Bottom line.... A KEEPER!! Thank you for sharing, Darlene!
