I thought this recipe was just ok. I think I should have used it to stuff the turkey instead of making it on the side. That probably would have made it much more tasty, juicy.

DELICIOUS AND SO EASY!! I love this recipe. I also added a can of pinapple chunks and rings in the crockpot. I will ALWAYS use this recipe when cooking ham in the future.. THANKS FOR SHARING!!

I made this recipe at my holiday party. A few were skeptical about the whole chestnut thing. Reguardless they attempted to try one anyways and ABSOLUTELY LOVED them! Everyone was asking for the recipe :)

Guinness® Corned Beef

I made this dish on St Pattys Day for my coworkers. They absolutely LOVED it(even a few who have never tried corned beef before!!) I had to make copies for most of them. I cooked 6lbs in the slow cooker for almost 11 hours!! I also used Sam Adams Boston Lager instead of Guiness. It was absolutely delicious!
