Healthier Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2015
These are awesome! I cook mine longer because I like them crispy. I turn every 20 mins. Usually for at least an hour. After 40 mins. I coat them with the sauce and then do another 20 minutes per side. Then I coat them one last time before serving. I also like my wings honey hot so I add some honey to the sauce. Really good for not fried!

Award Winning Chili

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2012
I am not a huge chilli fan and I've never made it before. But this was very good and everyone raved about it! I changed a few things, I used a whole red pepper and green pepper, one jalepeno and a small can of green chillies. Added two cans of beef broth and a can of tomatoe sauce since all the reviews said how thick it was. It was award winning in my book!

Mushroom Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2010
I have made this in my crock pot for years....the chops come out tender and moist and how easy it is to throw everything in the pot and come home from work to a nice meal!

Chicken Marsala

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2010
This took a bit longer than stated but I was very pleased at how it came out! My son didn't love it (but he is very fussy). I even ate leftovers of this and I never warm up chicken because it comes out rubbery. I will definately make this again for my boyfriend!

Applesauce Noodle Kugel

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2008
A friend from work just lost her mother. I had never been to a Shiva (I am Catholic) and I wanted to bring something special for her. I made this Kugel. I changed it a bit too by using one stick of butter instead of margerine, 6 eggs, 1 cup of sugar and the chunky, regular sour cream and sweetened applesauce. I was nervous as I had never made it but took the shot and my friend and her family and friends absolutely loved it and even asked for the recipe! I was very pleased!
