Tuna Noodle Casserole I

I doubled the sauce and it was great! Even better the next day. I will make this again and again.

This was good. I followed the recipe except I added one clove of garlic. I also only made 6 mini loaves. With the same cooking time. I thought making 6 was a perfect single serving size. The only thing I would change next time (because there will be a next time) is to add more cheese, and chopped onion.

Zesty Slow-Cooker Italian Pot Roast

I followed the last review and substituted diced tomatoes (drained) for the fresh tomato. I also used beef stock instead of water. It was a nice change. will make again.

Almost Stuffed Peppers

The only change I made was adding extra garlic. Much easier then stuffed peppers and just as good.

Banana Muffins II

This is a great recipe. I did use applesauce instead of butter. It was easier. Also, after reading other reviews I added 1 tsp of vanilla, 1 tsp of cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp of nutmeg.
