Really great! Added 1t crushed red pepper and wasn't too spicy. Will probably add a few garlic cloves next time...maybe andouille sausage...maybe onions...maybe mushrooms.

Cabbage Soup II

Light and tasty. My husband really enjoyed it too! Added ~1.5c barley. Added about 3 cups of ham. Forgot to add the garlic...:( I never forget garlic!!!

I doubled with some variations: -4 avacados -1/2 t. salt -1 can diced tomatoes w/ green chiles (drained) -1 red onion -~8 jalapeno rings chopped (from jar) -~2T cilantro -3 T lime juice (used 4T and was a little too limey) -1 t. minced garlic

One Pot Tuna Casserole

Quick and easy. Not super tasty, but fine. Alterations: I used ~8oz of noodles, 2 cans of tuna, 1/8c. butter, and added a little salt (had organic cream of mushroom soup).

My husband really liked. Very meaty lasagna! I had to leave it in the oven for 10-15 minutes longer because the lasagna noodles weren't cooked enough. Also, I added ~16 oz of additional spaghetti sauce.
