OK, this rocks. I wanted to make it for Thanksgiving, but wanted to try it first, so I made it for a potluck, and it was a hit. I used dried herbs, because that's what I had and skipped the turkey liver, but other than that, pretty much followed the recipe.
Oh, yeah, we're having it for Thanksgiving, too!
