Reviewed: May 7, 2008
This was the best lasagna I have ever had. I used hot and spicy sausage for a little more kick. Eveyone I have ever made it for has loved it too.

Sugar Free Blueberry Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2008
This was soo good for being very low in sugar. I love sweets but I don't need all of the sugar I get from them. I did use whole wheat flour for the cake and both white and brown Splenda. I turned out great. Still very moist even with the wheat flour.

This was the best! It was so moist and good. It doesn't last long in my home. I have made it a few times now and it is always a hit.

Amazing Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2008
This crust was soooo good. I made a double batch and froze the remaining three dough balls. Later I just moved them from the freezer to the fridge and they were just as good the next time as the first. It was a good amount of work since I don't have a bread machine but if you make a few at a time you end up with some quick mid week dinners later.

Jalapeno Poppers I

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2008
I made these for a cook out. They were gone very quickly. I do recomend either adding some of the seeds to the filling or just adding some red pepper to it. They are not at all spicy with nothing added and thats just not a jalapeno popper to me. Very good with that one change. They do take some time to bread though.

Strawberry Shortcake

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2008
This was good. Don't be expecting a pound cake type dish though. This is a shortcake which is supposed to be biscut like. The sweet comes from the berries not the cake.

Rhubarb Cake I

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2009
This was amazing! I took others advise and added twice as much rhubarb. It was more like a cobbler than a cake. So good and a must try.

Spicy Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2009
These were sooo moist. I have made them a few times and I mess around with the seasonings for how I'm feeling that day. You will never want beef again.

Fried Rice Restaurant Style

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2009
This is just like the resturants. For a hint, to make it less sticky and clumpy put the cooked rice in the refrigerator and cool it befoe you stir fry it. It turns out much better.

I used to eat this as a kid all the time. I leave the vegitables out of it for a personal preferance. It is like comfort food.

A friend from work from Peru recomended this to me as an authentic Peruvian dish. I was skeptical but it was actually very good. Interesting with the fries.

Potato Casserole

You can never go wrong with this. It is best to saute the onions first though. They are much more tender that way.

Movie Star Popcorn

This was very good. If you want to try something a little different try adding some butter flavored cooking spray and cajun seasoning. It gives it a little kick.
