What a great and simple recipe! I have made this bread 4 times already this week, also great to make dinner rolls :) or even to toast the next morning with jam and butter, it was great!

Chiliquilla

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2010
This was so simple and everything that it called for I already head in my kitchen. I added some taco seasoning while cooking the beef, and added some garlic powder. I also added two large tamotoes towards the end. I will make this recipe again and again!

Berry Cordial

Turned out AMAZING! It's great sipping over ice, or with a slash of sprite. I'm not a vodka drinker, but this doesn't taste like vodka at all. Totally worth trying. Great recipe

Are you for real/ This was such a great main course! I Used a whole bottle of wine instead of the both and johnny's instead of salt. The sauce was sooo good, I was actully slopping it up with the hen and fingerling potatoes. I will totally keep this recipe and pass it on.

I used 2 bananas and a ton of extra powder sugar, totally forgot that this was not a frosting recipe and couldnt figure out why it wasn't getting fluffy LOL Still turned out great. I used it on top of the banana cake VI recipe. Loved it!

Banana Cake VI

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2009
My family loved this cake!! I followed the recipe to a T, but used a different recipe for the frosring due to not having cream cheese on hand. I used the banana butter icing. Took about 1 hour and 20 minutes to cook. Totally worth the wait!! I will make this cake over and over again!!

White Bean Chicken Chili

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2009
This was the first time I had ever made white chili, and now my family is hooked!! I used the liquid from boiling the chicken (I used dark) a jar of salsa verde because I couldnt find canned tomatillos, 2 cans of green chilies, fresh tomatoes, 2 red bell peppers, 3 cans of white beans, and cornmeal to thicken. I know is sounds like alot of changes, but I wanted to make extra.. It turned out sooooo good. I served it with sourcream, jack cheese, green oinions and tortilla chips. I will keep this recipe, and I'm sure next time I will tweek it again, because thats just what I do.

Corn Dog Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2009
So fast and yummy! I didnt have box of cornbread mix, so I used the recipe for cornbread off of the cornmeal box. I did cut the dog up, next time i will just cut in half. I just made them for a pre dinner snack for my son and hubby, but I think these might be great to throw in a lunch box or even make the over the camp fire while camping. thanks for a fun, quick and yummy recipe ;)

This was the first time making them and I thought they turned out real good. Took a lot of time to make them, but well worth it. I used shortning instead of butter, and added coco powder for one of the toppings. I will totally make them again.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2009
OMG! So good! I was looking for a recipe that was the same as a banana bread I had in Maui on the road to Hana, and this was it. I did change a few things though. I used 4 bananas and I did mash them. I also made with brown sugar, to make it a little more rich. WOW! Try it this way and you will never use another recipe....... ever! To switch it up, also try adding a cup of chocolate chips. We made a few loafs this way too, and my son and hubby loved it.

Spinach Dip with Water Chestnuts

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2009
The best that I have found, so I now make this for all major holidays and any pary I go to. I serve it in a bread bowl and everytime the bread bowl is gone, and people will actuallt just scoop the dip on to their plates and continue to eat it alone! Yes it really is that good!! Kids love it too.

Bread Machine Garlic Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2009
This bread is the best!! You can really do so much with this recipes. Try adding some crushed red peppers, or for your everyday sandwhich bread do everything thing the same in the recipes, just leave out the spices. This makes the most moist and tastiest loaf you will ever eat. I have tred so many bread recipes and have been let down, but this one by far is the best. You can also add 1/4 cup of honey and switch the cup of warm water to milk ( leaving out the spices) and you will get the same as the milk and honey bread you can buy at the store. But back to the garlic bread, it is so good, you must try!! Serve warm with butter! :)

Cottage Cheese Bread I

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2009
I do not have a bread machine, so I did it all by hand, then baked in the oven. It didnt turn out the way I wanted it too, but I think alot of it had to do w/ the fact I didnt have a machine to work it. Besides that, the flavor was totally there, and my husband loved it, my 6 year old did not.
