This was the first time I had ever made white chili, and now my family is hooked!! I used the liquid from boiling the chicken (I used dark) a jar of salsa verde because I couldnt find canned tomatillos, 2 cans of green chilies, fresh tomatoes, 2 red bell peppers, 3 cans of white beans, and cornmeal to thicken. I know is sounds like alot of changes, but I wanted to make extra.. It turned out sooooo good. I served it with sourcream, jack cheese, green oinions and tortilla chips. I will keep this recipe, and I'm sure next time I will tweek it again, because thats just what I do.
