Excellent recipe ! I, like most people...adjust to make a little more personal. I use a medium onion...chopped fine....a Large Green pepper, chopped fine and a clove of a garlic chopped fine too. The Flavor is incredible. I doubled the recipe today and Honestly, my daughter, her BF, my son and my BF, almost ate all! They Raved about it !

Cherry Pie III

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2010
Absolutely Delicious. However, I did not use the pie crust provided...I utlized the Perfect Pie Crust Recipe....Perfect ! Also, I didn't think 2 cups of cherries were enough, so I added another 2/3 cup...The consistency was perfect...not runny at all...Almond Flavoring was an added bonus and would have never thought of it !

Pumpkin Pound Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2010
EXCELLENT. I did not add the Pecans...I liked the glaze....BUT...next time I will use a Cream Cheese Frosting...with the Rum Flavoring in it. However...it really was an excellent pound cake.

Kelsey's Favorite Stuffed Green Peppers

This was an excellent recipe. Based on some other reviews, I used Spaghetti Sauce instead of just tomato sauce. My kids and I loved it. It's on the list as a family favorite. Thanks for sharing.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2011
I love this recipe. However, I think it needs to be doubled. I find it hard to coat everything properly without the increase. Also, Chicken thighs are the best with this...

Delicious and very rich ! Followed the recipe exactly and was very pleased with the results. I do plan on cooking it again and I'm going to try a little more curry, but was excellent if you follow the recipe exactly.

Old Settlers' Baked Beans

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2011
Being a part of a Southern Family, I was afraid to make this recipe for a large family function. I was feeding approximately 70 for a family Barbecue. It's not the typical Southern Baked Bean recipe. However, I took the plunge, being I wanted something different. Hands down, everyone RAVED over the baked beans. I couldn't believe the requests for the recipe.

Bread Pudding II

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2013
Ok Guys...This really is an excellent dessert. I did listen to a few of the reviews and made my own changes. So here ya go: 1. Omitted Raisins 2. Used 8 slices of bread rather than 6 3. used a cup of half & half and a cup of whole milk 4. 2 Teaspoons of Vanilla 5. in addition to Cinnamon...1/4 teaspoon nutmeg I didn't want to take the time to make the vanilla sauce, which looks great. So, I mixed half & half, 1 teaspoon of vanilla and enough powdered sugar to make it a thick glaze....it was delicious

This recipe is outstanding....The dressing is the only thing I modified. Here's the details.. -1 cup sour cream and 1 cup mayo -4 Tablespoon sugar -4 Tablespoon red wine vinegar -1 1/2 cups or more..Grated Reggiano Parmigiano (good quality). Family and friends alike loved it...made it Christmas day.
