Absolutely the best salmon recipe I have ever tried! Even my 12-year old son eats this! The only modification I made to this recipe was to use a lower sodium soy sauce.

Cajun Style Baked Sweet Potato

Excellent twist to your standard sweet potato recipe. Came out great even without onion powder. I followed the advice of other reviewers and cut the potato in about 2 inch cubes, then added the cubed potato to a freezer bag with the oil. Shook it up to evenly coat and then added the seasoning. Baking time was about 30 minutes at 375

After-Thanksgiving Turkey Soup

Absolutely the best homemade cream of turkey soup I have ever made. It tastes just like my favorite restaurant’s version. My family and friends really enjoyed this soup and asked for the recipe. The only change I made to this recipe was I added more carrots and celery. Thanks for sharing!
