Buttermilk Oatmeal Pancakes

Reviewed: May 24, 2014
This is a very good recipe. Made a few alterations as I prepared. But then I always do that. A bit more flour, a little less milk, extra egg makes for thicker fluffier pancakes. Make sure not to over mix and let mix sit a bit before grill.

This is a great recipe. Of course I altered a few things here and there, I always do. Added brown sugar to the apples and made more crumb topping too. It came scrumptious~

100% Whole Wheat Pancakes

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2013
I made this recipe this morning with a few alterations. Increased the servings to 5. Instead of using only canola oil added natural honey. 2 and 1/2 cups of buttermilk as opposed to 2 3/4th and 3 large eggs. The mix came to a perfect consistancy! Held up nicely while griddling and the pancakes rather fluffy and very moist. I will make this again for sure. (adding blueberries to a few and chocolate chips a great idea!)

Pumpkin Pancakes

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2013
I haved made this recipe several times with slight variations. I use Peanut butter instead of oil and add a little more flour and an extra egg or egg beaters to beef it up. I also love chocolate chip pancakes and will add chips and maybe nuts & raisins to make them extra hearty!

Shortbread Cookies IV

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2011
This was the first shortbread cookie recipe I ever tried and it worked out just fine! In fact I experimented with making a brown sugar cinnamon mixture and layered on half the cookies. I also lowered the oven tempurature to 325 and baked about 5 minutes longer. Cookies came excellent!

Buttermilk Cinnamon Bread

Reviewed: May 23, 2010
Awesome! I chose to make this in a 9x9x13 inch pan because I only had one loaf pan. I used part brown sugar for the cinnamon swirl and topping. Baked for about 45 mins. Very moist and delicious. This is so quick and easy to make.

Country Cinnamon Swirl Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2010
This was pretty good. I used a brown sugar/cinnamon crumb topping instead of sugar and cinnamon. I also added pecans. I think next time I will try adding a bit of apple sauce and another egg and bake in a 9 x 9 x 13 pan.
