Simple But Awesome Lemon Pepper Pork Chops

Simple, but GREAT! The way to cook a pork chop is to keep it wrapped to hold the moisture in. It was very tasty & moist. My kids actually loved it. My young son asked for seconds!

Roast Beef Pasta Salad

This was great! I followed the recipe exactly. I feel that next time I may decrease my sour cream by half & add just a bit more mayo, just because the texture was a little thick for my taste.

Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon

This was great! I have it from time to time for lunch, mostly in the winter when the tomatoes are not good, as this calls for canned tomatoes. I would recommend this to anyone asking for a good pasta salad with spinach.

Melt In Your Mouth Chicken Pie

I felt this recipe was easy to make & had plenty of flavor. I was concerned that it didn't have any veggies in it, I just served them on the side. My whole family liked it, even the sitter.
