Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2009
This is by far the best hot chocolate I have ever tasted! I would give it more stars if I could.

Classic Macaroni Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2009
This is an excellent variation to macaroni salad, especially for those that like a bit of zing. I'm not a big fan of jalapenos, but I have to say this is by far my new favorite macaroni salad. It was not too hot, just right. Keep in mind, that I DID remove the seeds from the jalapenos. My husband, on the other hand, is a huge fan of hot sauce, peppers, etc. Even though this was not over-the-edge hot, he enjoyed it as well. Great recipe!

Blueberry Muffins II

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2009
These muffins are great! I followed the instructions exactly, and I took the advice of some other viewers to grease the muffin pan REALLY well. The muffins came out the pan with no problem and were excellent! My family loved them. It made one dozen nice-sized muffins.

Jackie's Special Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2009
I have played around with different meatloaf recipes for years, and none were to my or my family's liking. This is the first meatloaf recipe that my entire family loved! I didn't have panko, so I just used regular bread crumbs that I had on hand. It still turned out great! It's moist but not to the point it falls apart. It stays together so well and tastes so good. Thank you!

Southern Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2008
This is the best homestyle fried chicken I have ever tasted! The key to prevent the flour from falling off the chicken is to make sure the oil is really nice and hot before you place the chicken in it. So crunchy and tasty...it was great. Thank you!

Flavorful Flounder

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2008
This was, by far, the BEST tasting fish I have ever eaten. My kids loved it also. Like someone else mentioned, I couldn't put it on the grill, so I placed it in the oven at 350 degrees for between 10 and 15 minutes. It still turned out excellent! Thank you!

Three-Ingredient Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2008
My family and I love this recipe. Since we don't eat pork, I substituted bacon bits for the bacon. It was definitely a hit!
