Yummo!!! I will add, the recipe, less the celery and green pepper and carrots, added to kindey beans...this amount to about 3 15 oz cans...makes an AMAZING Kidney Bean salad!!! (Love the other incredients in the mac. salad!) Thanks for a great recipe.

Honey Wheat Sandwich Rolls

Love these. I use 3 cups whole wheat, 1 cup white (unbleached). I chop up sundried tomotoes and throw them in. make sandwich buns and dinner rolls as well! MMMmm!

Spicy Korean Slow Cooked Chicken (Dhak Dori Tang)

Imade this last night. I cut back slightly on the flakes and the paste since it was the first time. I added more when it was done. It was very good. My kids, 5 and 9 and hubby loved it. Made with sushi rice. MMMMMmmm!

Great recipe. The only thing I changed was increase the vanilla to tablespoon and SOAK the raisins in agg and vanilla mixture for an hour.

Whole Wheat Beer Bread

Yummy! I wish there was a question section or Ask the Writer...But, how would I make this for pizza crust? ANy suggestions? Would it make 2 crusts fir the average pizza? Thanks!

Carrot Pineapple Cake I

Simply amazing! I live at a high altitude, so I made minor flour and sugar and baking changes. This was so easy. And so amazing. Made it into cupcakes. Also added nutmeg and allspice. Did applesauce and oil combo (50/50). They are delicious and moist! Perfect! Not oily at all. For the frosting I had some pumpkin spice cream cheese. Wow! Thanks so much!
