Soy Ginger Salmon

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2009
Very good. The salmon was very flavorful, and the marinade was excellent. I did not have any lemon pepper or juice, and it was great without it. I spooned the pan drippings over the salmon when served. Great touch.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2009
It was okay. The toasted bread was soggy and mushy in my mouth. I think I should have tried the cornbread instead of toasting the bread. The overall flavors were good...just not the mushiness.

Strawberry Dream Cake I

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2008
Everyone loved the cake. My cousin proclaimed is as his favorite. I really did enjoy it as well. I put a layer of sliced strawberries for the filling. The white choc. did harden a little when mixed with the icing, but it was a nice treat to bite down on the little chunk of white chocolate. My cousing thought it was nuts at first which isn't a bad idea to try next time. Overall...we loved it!

Teriyaki Marinated Chicken

Reviewed: May 16, 2008
This recipe was great everyone loved it! I did a few things differently was to add fresh chopped garlic, and I added an 8 oz can of crushed pineapple and blended all the ingredients in the food processor. I didn't marinate them at all I just flipped them in the sauce for about a minute then broiled, and I added some marinade when I turned them over. I did add a little salt when it came out of the oven. Next time I will add about a teaspoon of salt to the marinade. Other than that it was great.

Good recipe, but the hollandaise packet needed a little spicing up.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2008
This was wonderful!! My husband loved it. I made recommended changes: using old bay on each side before broiling and after I put the topping on, I added panko breadcrumbs that I made to the topping, and I added a little bit of shredded cheese to the topping as well. Tasted great, and I will definitely make it again.
