About this Cook
I am 24 and live in West Yorkshire in England. I am originally from Ireland and I also have lived on the Isle of Man.
My favorite things to cook
Everything. I like to try recipes from different cuisines. I especially like spicy food.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Oh dear. I dont really come from a line of culinary experts. I seem to have broken the mould.
My cooking triumphs
I made a massive mezze spread for a party, over ten dishes by myself and nothing went wrong!
My cooking tragedies
I always seem to burn toast.

Aussie Chicken
Very simple to make and tasty. I used smoked ham instead of bacon and make the sauce different as I dont have corn syrup or onion flakes. I used 1 part lite mayo, 1 part honey, 1 part grain mustard, with black pepper and a dash of tabasco for kick. Great with a baked potato and green salad.

Basic Baked Spaghetti
This is a good standby recipe for when you can not be bothered cooking or the shops are shut. I added a little bit more sauce then stated and also added chopped mushrooms and olives. It was good simple comfort food.

Poor Mamma's Spaghetti
Ok for a quick cheap supper. Although I added chopped fresh parsley to the crumbs and salt and pepper,
