Chicken Pot Pie IX
Awesome!!! This was my first time ever making my own chicken pot pie let alone eating one... I followed the recipe to a T, except for the carrots. I used canned diced carrots and mixed the sauce with the chicken mixer then poured into the pie shell. Made my own pie crust. Very impressive with the flavor. Recipe is a keeper.. Will make again, and again......
