Sweet Hot Mustard Chicken Thighs

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2014
Really good. I didn't have chipotle pepper so I left that out. I also only had boneless skinless chicken thighs, so I only needed to cook them for about 25min. This is so easy and will be a regular part of our rotation!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

I typically don't waste my calories on any dessert that's not chocolate, but I couldn't stop eating these! Lasted a few weeks and they stayed soft and yummy.

Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2009
Added garlic to the onion and doubled the rice as other reviewers recommended. This was fantastic and my husband LOVED it. I think I may try to make it healther next time with less cheese and brown rice.

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2009
This was very tastey. though a 4 star because while cooking, the loaf pan overflowed. I'd keep a cookie sheet under just in case!

Creamy Squash Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2009
This was fantastic! Followed it to a T. I don't think it needed the sour cream, so taste it first.

Chocolate Fudgy Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2009
These look kind of funny when they're done. They really spread out and they are flat. I used salted butter and added a dash of salt (I remember this activates the baking powder from home ec). They were still flat. They taste fantastic though. Careful not to over cook. They're hard to tell when they're done. You get a gooey cookie in the middle if you take them out at just the right time. I used the red food coloring; I may try to omit this next time.
