Sweet and Sour Meatballs

I've made these for years. A tip...once I picked up grape jam by mistake but didn't have time to go back to the grocery. Well, the jam mixes in with the chili sauce much faster and smoother than the jelly, so it's what I use now. Always a hit!

Honey Baked Chicken II

I've made this several times and shared it with friends. I made it as written a few times, then made a couple adjustments. We prefer it with chicken thighs w/o the skin. I cut the butter to 1/4 c. and tried using honey mustard once just to see and wow, that was the keeper. I do recommend making it as written once just to try it and then if you want to change it, go for it.
