Garlic Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2006
This was the first time I made red potatoes and will make this recipe again for sure. I upped the oven temp to 400 (I had chicken baking as well), so it took 35 minutes. They browned nicely, but will cut back just a little on the butter next time.

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2005
My initial thought: coffee? Maybe that's the secret ingredient. This was delicious and so easy. I've made it many times already.

Blueberry Cream Cheese Pound Cake I

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2005
Excellent recipe. I use double the blueberries and a fancy sunflower pan so it takes about 1 1/2 hours in the oven, but well worth it.

B.L.A.T. Wraps

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2005
These were great! I did alter the recipe a bit though. I used veggie cream cheese instead of the salad dressing and added a couple thin slices of turkey and then put only one slice of bacon on each tortilla. Will definitely make again!

Excellent spread. I added horseradish and a few spoons of sour cream and less mayo and everyone loved it!

American Girl's Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2002
This is a fast and good dish. Not the best peach cobbler, but I give it 5 stars just for the time and effort involved: all ingredients were on hand, 5 minutes to prepare and it was in the oven. Quick, easy, and tasty.

Sandies

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2002
These are great cookies. I used 2 cups of minced pecans instead of 1, the consistency was perfect. I made alot of them and put most in a container in the freezer. When company stops by I take a handful out and they thaw in minutes!

This turned out great! I will no longer buy store-bought rice pudding, it just doesn't compare to this recipe!

Jam Kolaches

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2001
Excellent cookies. Not alot of ingredients, but it still takes awhile to prepare. I used a pasty cutter and cut out small squares instead of circles, they were much easier to overlap over the cookie. Also, I used Solo pie and pasty filling instead of the jam.
