Ultimate Double Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2003
These were quite good. A bit of a coffee aftertaste for non-coffee drinkers.

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2003
I used all low fat ingredients in this - down to the sausage. Came out GREAT - still. I'm sure when I make it for company, I'll bust out the fattening stuff - but for us, it was perfect.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2003
This was very good, although I modified it to a more low fat version. Instead of using heavy whipping cream, I opted for skim milk. Then, I thickened the sauce with cornstarch. I also found that it needed quite a bit more cajun seasoning for our liking, so I added that as well. Oh, and I chopped the peppers and chicken. Very good!!

Favorite Peanut Butter Cookies

This recipe is very good! I used butter instead of margarine and in my newer oven I baked at 365 for 10 minutes and 30 seconds. They were very good! Thank you!

Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak

Loved this. I used crushed tomatoes instead for my husband who doesn't care for chunky tomatoes. It was perfect. Definately a keeper. Thank you!

Luscious Slush Punch

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2002
Very good. Next time I think I'll break up the ice to make it slushier. I didn't do that this time.

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2002
Very good, many compliments. Just allow yourself more than 35 minutes for the sweet potatoes to cook. I cut it down to the last minute and had to figure out an alternate method when I couldn't mash them AT ALL!
